Hi Max,

I did pay for a credit report in this case. It was $7.00. As for why I was able to pull it - once a judgment is assigned, the ownership is legally transferred from the original judgment holder to me - the assignee. I become the new owner of the judgment and the legal judgment creditor. As a judgment creditor, I have permissible purpose (as outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act) to obtain full disclosure in regard to my judgment debtor's consumer credit information. I do not need any authorization from the judgment debtor to do this.

Regards,

Christina

Absolutely! We offer live telephone and email support, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, for as long as you require it. Ongoing support is included in the purchase price of your training materials, so there is never any additional fee. I maintain a highly trained customer support staff, but I am also always available if you’d prefer to speak with me directly.

Additionally, our students have access to one of the industry's most active judgment recovery email networking forums where you can read posts back and forth from hundreds of other judgment recovery specialists and ask/answer questions of your own, if you wish.

Regards,

Christina

Hi Anthony,

For the judgment in the case study I spent $7.00 on a credit report, another $7.00 for a writ of execution from the court, and $35.00 to seize the bank account. The total cost incurred in this particular case was $49.00.

Regards,

Christina

This case seems like what happens in running a business. You have the knowledge while other people do not have the knowledge. Can we call you for help if we need to for help? Daniel
